Pricing starts at $0.03 per square inch, depending on the density of the chosen design. Please note that there is a $50 minimum charge for all projects; for smaller items like baby quilts or table runners, this will be your starting rate.
How to Calculate Your Price
To get an estimate, you’ll need to measure your quilt top in three places across the width and three places along the length.
The Measurement Rule
To ensure the most accurate fit on the frame, please measure your quilt top in three different spots in both directions. I will use the largest measurement from each direction for the calculation.
Example Calculation:
Let’s say your quilt top is roughly 60" x 80".
You measure the width in three spots: 60", 60.5", and 60.25". We use 60.5".
You measure the length in three spots: 80", 79.5", and 80.5". We use 80.5".
Calculation: 60.5 X 80.5 = 4,870.25 square inches.
4,870.25 X $0.03 = $146.11 (as a starting estimate).

Quilt Top or Backing Pressing

A crisp, flat surface ensures smooth, puckering-free stitching. If your quilt layers arrive heavily wrinkled and need a thorough iron before loading, I've got you covered.
Thread Trimming & Cleanup
$10.00
Stray, dark threads trailing on the back of your quilt top can sometimes shadow and peek through light-colored fabrics once quilted. I will carefully inspect and clip loose threads from your quilt top to keep your design looking clean and tidy.
Backing Fabric Piecing
$10.00 per seam
If your backing fabric needs to be joined together to meet the required size, I will piece and press the seams for you.
Backing Fabric Trimming
$10.00
If your backing fabric needs to be squared, I will trim it for you.
